Once your child is registered, enrollment paperwork must be completed in order to complete his/her file.  A summer packet of forms will be mailed home in July.  Below is a list of all information that must be sent to HOVCP prior to your child's first day of preschool.

For initial registration to our program, which secures a spot for your child, please complete the Registration Form and mail to HOVCP along with a $75.00 non-refundable registration fee. There is also a one-time $25.00 Supply Fee due at registration.
